Monitor conversations

Review conversation history

Search, filter and review presented outbound numbers, conversation details, actions and errors.

The Conversations list brings together incoming calls, outbound calls and written conversations available to your organisation.

Search and filter

Use search and filters to target:

  • a date range;
  • a bot or runtime node if you are a platform administrator;
  • the channel and call direction;
  • an outbound campaign;
  • language, status or voicemail detection.

Filters apply automatically. The period selector offers ranges such as this week, this month, this quarter or this year, with navigation to the previous or next period.

Read the details

Conversation details may include:

  • the recording and its timeline;
  • messages from the caller and bot;
  • tool results;
  • summary, language and sentiment;
  • transfers, emails, SMS messages or other actions;
  • a user-friendly initialisation error.

Platform administrators can see system messages intended for diagnostics. These messages are omitted from conversation details and transcript exports for other users, both in the interface and in GET /api/v1/conversations/{id}. Caller and bot messages, summaries and actions remain available according to conversation permissions. The purchase estimate option does not grant access to diagnostics. Live supervision retains operator guidance and business events; technical report generation errors remain restricted to platform administrators.

Find the presented outbound number

In the list, open Columns and enable Presented outbound number. The column is hidden by default and your choice is saved. The same number appears in outbound call details and CSV exports, separately from the destination and the bot's reserved incoming number.

This is the identity sent by BeAI when starting the call: the BeAI number, a verified custom number or the number used by a classic SIP configuration. Later bot configuration changes do not alter this historical value. An external PBX may still rewrite the identity shown to the recipient.

Older BeAI calls use the number retained in their billing details when available. Otherwise, the list shows a dash and the detail shows “N/A”; the bot's current number is never used to reconstruct missing history. Transfer branches using a BeAI number each show their own number in telephone billing details.

Existing conversation access permissions apply. Both GET /api/v1/conversations and GET /api/v1/conversations/{id} return the read-only field outbound_presented_number, for example "outbound_presented_number": "+32475123456". It is null for incoming conversations, other channels or unavailable history.

Export or act on several rows

Select rows, then open Actions. Available operations depend on your permissions and the table. Export uses the current selection or the scope defined by the screen.

Purchase estimate visibility

Purchase estimates are hidden by default. Platform administrators may temporarily enable Purchase estimates from the avatar, at the bottom of the menu after My orders and before Log out. This entry matches the other menu items, with a $ symbol on the left and a small checkbox on the right. Dividers separate it from orders and logout. Conversation usage breakdowns then show technical processing, quantities, prices and estimates. Technical names remain absent from lists even for administrators. API details require include_purchase_estimates=true and platform-administrator privileges. The preference is stored in neither a cookie nor the database and resets when the browser closes. Depending on browser support, closing all BeAI tabs or changing pages may also reset it; enable it again if needed.
