Enreach Picapp and partner pricing

Configure platforms, preserve negotiated prices and manage Enreach company subscriptions.

The BeAI Picapp is an AI receptionist for businesses using a compatible Enreach platform.

Multiline configuration fields

BeAI declares the instructions and greeting in Solution and subscription configuration schemas, and email/transfer destination instructions, with Enreach’s textArea format. Compatible myTelephony versions render these as three-row text areas and preserve line breaks. Addresses, extensions and selection lists keep their usual presentation. If your platform has not received this update, use the BeAI editor for longer text. Limits remain 20,000 characters for instructions and greetings, and 300 characters per destination instruction. Solution restrictions and existing permissions still apply.

This is a presentation change to Enreach transport schemas. Public API parameters and permissions are unchanged; BeAI forms and the API preserve the same text and line breaks.

Availability and access

Administration → Picapp Enreach provides platform connections, Solutions, subscriptions and default pricing. Automatic provisioning follows the supplied EUP 3.0 contracts. A controlled voice pilot is available; directory and transfer requests have separate pilot permissions. SSO, confirmed human responses and transcript publication are available for controlled validation on each compatible platform. Enabling provisioning alone does not enable voice; the page lists outstanding prerequisites.

Platform administrators and administrators of the Beone organisation can manage the integration. Customer organisation administrators cannot change these settings.

Each company from any compatible partner platform becomes a direct child organisation of Beone, even if its operator is unrelated to Beone. Extensions share the company's wallet, with one bot per subscription. Companies are matched by platform and external company identifier, never by name, email or telephone number.

Configure a partner platform

Select and save the default Beone bot template for new Solutions. Create a platform with a stable BeAI key, name, approved HTTPS API destination and a separate installation key. Share that key with the platform administrator through your normal secret-sharing channel. Keys cannot be read back; replacing one revokes its tokens. The destination announced by Enreach must match the approved destination.

Set any negotiated pricing and enable provisioning. Enreach registers the platform once and reuses the authenticated connection for its Solutions and companies. A platform label cannot select another connection's prices.

Global and negotiated prices

Default prices for new organisations initially uses the prices already intended for new Beone children. It covers voice models, features, text sessions and token usage, and SMS by country. No additional commercial price is invented by the Picapp.

Platform prices and future-client defaults use a single voice tariff. Existing prices are preserved without recalculating history. Reading the page changes nothing. Missing prices remain unavailable without an implicit fallback.

A platform inherits the global Picapp grid until Use general Picapp prices is unchecked and its negotiated grid is saved. Missing categories are filled before saving. The country-code input adds specific SMS prices.

In a platform configuration, expand Negotiated rates for this platform to view its pricing controls. The section starts open when a custom grid is saved or an error requires attention. The main page’s default-pricing header also expands or collapses its grid.

The first company subscription copies the effective grid into its organisation and records its source and revision. Later price changes, additional extensions, reactivation and resynchronisation never change an existing organisation's rates. Re-enable inheritance to apply global prices to future companies only.

Existing units and precision apply: two decimals for minute/session prices, six for text usage and SMS. Negative, non-finite or otherwise invalid numbers are rejected before rounding. Prices must meet the parent's minimum. If parent prices make a saved grid invalid, the UI explains the failure and affected new-company creation is blocked until an administrator explicitly corrects it. Prices are never silently increased. Reload the page after a revision conflict.

Configure and maintain subscriptions

A Solution stores a versioned template snapshot with inherited, locked and hidden values. Extensions can override only permitted settings. Locking a setting removes previous overrides and applies the Solution value. Instructions, greeting, language, a 20-second delay and immediate handling in Do Not Disturb mode apply to the controlled voice pilot.

Suspend, resume, resynchronise or uninstall a subscription from its page. Uninstalling archives it while retaining its company, wallet and history. A replayed creation after uninstall is rejected: explicitly resume it in BeAI or use a new Enreach subscription identifier. Archiving a Solution blocks new subscriptions. Bots and conversations expose their Picapp origin in the GUI and the API (origin, plus voice_connection_mode for bots). Picapp bots can be personalised in BeAI within the usual organisation and role permissions. SIP settings and values locked or hidden by the Solution remain protected, including during restores and administration-assistant modifications. See bot configuration and skills. Enreach domain identifiers provide provisional company names when no company name is supplied.

New companies receive zero credit, with state awaiting_credit. The existing BeAI wallet handles recharge. Direct access from Enreach awaits SSO completion. Voice admission also requires explicit pilot activation on both the platform and Solution. Other states distinguish suspension, uninstall, archived organisations, disabled connections and awaiting_contracts; operational describes full product readiness and remains false pending completion of the integration.

API parity

/api/v1/integrations/enreach exposes the same services, permissions and validation:

  • GET/PATCH /settings for global pricing and default templates.
  • GET/POST /platforms, GET/PATCH /platforms/{id} for connections and negotiated pricing.
  • GET/POST /solutions, GET/PATCH /solutions/{id} for Solutions.
  • GET/POST /subscriptions, GET/PATCH /subscriptions/{id} for subscriptions.
  • POST /subscriptions/{id}/{suspend|resume|uninstall|resynchronise} for lifecycle actions.

Settings use revision and default_organisation_billing_rates; platform pricing uses billing_revision and the same rates field, with null restoring inheritance. Subscription actions require revision. Lists accept page and limit (maximum 100). See the public API for schemas and examples.

Istra callbacks are a separate technical transport authenticated by platform connection. They cannot access or replace commercial prices, and their token exchanges do not accept personal BeAI API keys.

Controlled voice pilot and call decisions

Voice admission, wallet reservations and the SIP runtime are available for a controlled pilot. Enable voice_enabled on both the platform and Solution. Provisioning permissions alone do not enable voice. A compatible, healthy SIP runtime and available credit are also required. Only inbound user-extension calls are admitted; outbound calls, groups and ACD remain excluded. SSO and myCRM actions still require validation.

Open a subscription’s Call decisions and wallet page to inspect balances, reservations and refusal reasons. Test admission criteria compares normal routing (20 seconds by default) and Do Not Disturb (immediate by default), without placing a call or reserving credit. The matching public operations are GET /api/v1/integrations/enreach/subscriptions/{id}/calls?page=1 (25 per page) and POST /api/v1/integrations/enreach/subscriptions/{id}/decision-preview with {"callee_in_dnd": false}. Both require the same Beone/platform administration rights.

Admissions reserve minimum credit atomically in the company wallet. Unused admissions expire; retransmissions preserve their identity, and another SIP dialogue cannot reuse a reference. Finalisation debits once, only with SIP acknowledgement and an AI session. Disabling the pilot blocks new admissions while active calls finish. Temporary tokens and SIP references never appear in public responses. /internal/api/picapp/* endpoints are internal runtime transport exceptions to GUI parity.

Directory and call actions

Enable actions_enabled on the platform and select the Solution's action_policy flags: directory, transfer, consult. All default to false. Internal transfers require directory permission; a configured and validated external number can be transferred without directory permission. These settings are managed only by Beone/platform administrators, not incoming Enreach configuration.

Open Call decisions and wallet, then the call identifier, to search, refresh a contact, request a transfer and inspect the action journal. An established SIP call is required. Search returns at most 20 accessible internal users and groups; private, hidden and locked entries are excluded. Transfers use the Enreach transfer operation independently of the model tool-discovery catalogue. An internal destination is resolved and refreshed before dispatch: users require current presence and telephony availability, groups and ACD groups require their own current presence, while compatible voice services do not require human presence. The factual context and transfer outcome are preserved in the single final call note; no intermediate transfer note is sent. No unconfigured destination or SIP REFER is used. Configured external fixed-line/mobile numbers must use explicit international + format and pass the shared positive anti-premium policy. They require no directory lookup or presence check; availability is unknown and operator charges or restrictions may apply.

An accepted request does not confirm that the recipient answered. An uncertain result blocks further telephone actions, as do executing and accepted requests. Never automatically repeat an unknown telephone effect or announce an unconfirmed connection; taking a message remains a fallback. The journal remains available after the call, paginated by 25; at most 200 actions are allowed per call. Results are encrypted at rest. Callback credentials are absent from prompts, runtime, GUI and public responses, and removed when the call is released or settled.

AskAgent consultation is available only for a compatible live function declaration. Provide a question and two to six choices. The popup targets the subscription user, with a 60-second response timeout after dispatch and a short transport margin. Only the documented response and a valid choice are confirmed; a refusal or unknown result never authorizes an automatic transfer. BeAI forwards spoken transcripts to Enreach when the platform supports them and publishes one final shared note with the BeAI summary, consultation answers and transfer outcomes. No intermediate note is sent; BeAI conversation history remains available.

The equivalent public operations are GET/POST /api/v1/integrations/enreach/subscriptions/{id}/calls/{callId}/actions. POST uses, for example, {"request_id":"search-001","name":"directory_search","arguments":{"query":"Claire"}}. Use directory_contact with {"contact_id":"IUser-123"} from the directory; transfer accepts optional context; use {"extension":"204"} or a configured external number such as {"extension":"+32475123456"}. Legacy contact_id remains internal-only. Capabilities distinguish allowed_transfer_extensions and allowed_external_transfer_numbers. External transfer needs transfer permission, while internal extensions/contact references also require directory. Use consult with question and an options array of two to six choices. Replaying the same request identifier returns the saved result without sending again; changing its payload is rejected with 409. States are executing, confirmed, accepted, refused, uncertain; only confirmed results set ok true and retry_allowed is always false. Internal runtime discovery and execution routes are technical transport exceptions; business actions share the GUI/API service and scope.

If encrypted details cannot be read, result_unavailable is true and the GUI warns. The recorded state and replay protection remain in force.

The Calls list exposes transcript.state, code, delivered_at, link_status and link_expires_at, also available through GET /api/v1/integrations/enreach/subscriptions/{id}/calls. Revoke link shares its access checks and service with POST /api/v1/integrations/enreach/subscriptions/{id}/calls/{callId}/transcript-link/revoke (no body). Revocation is immediate and idempotent and does not delete history. Link secrets never appear in these responses or action traces.

Automatic myCRM delivery and capability-only transcript reading are explicit internal-transport parity exceptions. The public page and its JSON request use the same narrow projection of the authorised call's summary and spoken messages; they confer no BeAI account permissions.

Browsing lists and histories

Platforms, Solutions and subscriptions share a neutral list frame. Each category retains its creation, configuration and pagination controls. Call, validation and synchronization histories remain monitoring views; new search or export menus are not added to these tables.

Statuses, reasons, rates and amounts remain visible in their workflows. Viewing these lists does not synchronize the provider, prepare a subscription or place a call. Those operations still use their explicit controls and existing permissions.
